Full time front desk position needed in our Aurora or Oswego location. We are a small, family owned business that treats our patients and our team as family. We believe in focusing on the patients and their overall health -- not sales. Our dentists perform all treatment, from basic dentistry to implants, and more. The doctors believe in constantly educating themselves and their team. Responsibilities include: Verify insurance breakdowns and prepare route sheets Answer phone calls, screen and direct calls appropriately Check in and greet patients Check out patients and collect co-pays Schedule appointments Track lab cases Contact patients for reminders and recall appointments Understand and communicate patient insurance coverage Ability to multitask and handle projects independently General administrative tasks as requested by manager or doctor Experience Required: At least 2 years of dental front desk experience Dentrix software experience preferred Spanish speaking is a plus!
