Orthodontic office is seeking a Financial Coordinator to join our team! We are looking for a team player who is professional, friendly, and detail oriented. Our team is focused on providing excellent patient care and quality customer service and we would like a candidate to share the same values. Duties include, but are not limited to: Assisting at Front Desk with patient check in/out, phones, payments Explaining financial options to patients Being responsible for the daily management of accounts Handling financial inquiries from patients Filing insurance claims and following up as needed Collecting accounts receivable Completing financial reports Working closely with and assisting other members of front office team Preferred qualifications should include: Superior customer service and relationship building skills Proficient computer and phone skills Organizational skills Bookkeeping experience Dental office experience strongly desired The ability to learn quickly
