Description Immediate opening for an OFFICE MANAGER in a Pediatric Dental Practice in Mint Hill NC. * Create and maintain a satisfactory environment for our patients and staff. * Build relationships with our patients. * Oversee Doctor's schedules for efficiency to maximize Doctor's time. * Conduct effective morning huddles. * Management of all financial aspects of a practice. *Scheduling of client appointments * Supervision and appointment of staff * Managing insurance claims * Taking care of marketing and public relations * Implementing procedures and policies * Candidates will be expected answer the phones, check in/out patients * Insurance verification for private and non private. * Schedule appointments and collections. * Skills in person and on the phone as well as caring and warm towards parents and patients. * 2+ years experience required. * Working knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols. * Excellent customer service and leadership skills. * Ability to multi-task efficiently. * Excellent computer and typing skills. * Great benefits: Paid holidays, Medical insurance, Monthly bonus potential, * Bilingual language skills (English / Spanish) are a MUST. * Please respond with a resume and cover letter.
