PRACTICE MANAGER POSITION: Private general practice with a long-term team and patient base, fully digital, utilizing the latest technology, and operating using OPEN DENTAL software. We also place and restore implants, so knowledge of this is a plus! We are seeking a dedicated Office Manager/Financial Coordinator. This person will be our Team Lead and handle all AR and billing for the practice. The ideal candidate will have the following experience: *Practice Management: 4+ years of team leadership and supervision serving as doctor and staff liaison. Overseeing patient relations and handle patient complaints *Accounts Receivable: 4+ years. This includes posting primary and secondary insurance checks, following up on outstanding balances, sending statements, patient collections, insurance claim submissions and appeals. *Making financial arrangements for patient treatment using external financing options. *Monitoring daily, monthly, and yearly production and collections, creating order lists for office needs,, and more. *General administrative duties to assist front desk.
