Job Description: As a General Dentist at our practice, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and advising patients on various dental health issues. You will work closely with a team of experienced dental professionals to provide comprehensive dental care and build lasting relationships with patients. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, values a collaborative work environment, and is committed to continuing the legacy of our practice that has spanned four decades. Key Responsibilities: • Provide routine dental care, including exams, restorative procedures and some extractions. • Educate patients on oral health and preventive care. • Diagnose and develop treatment plans for various dental conditions. • Perform restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, partials, implant restorations and veneers. • Coordinate care and refer patients to specialists when necessary. • Maintain accurate patient records and manage time efficiently during patient appointments. • Ensure compliance with all health regulations and safety standards. • Participate in continuing education to stay current with new techniques and technologies. Qualifications: • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school. • Active Georgia dental license in good standing. • 1-3 years of experience in a general dental practice is preferred, however, new graduates are welcome to apply. • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
