***Position is NOT for a Manager*** Our practice is seeking a Front Office personnel that will work with ease in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and a professional appearance. FLUENT ENGLISH AND SPANISH IS A MUST. Dental office duties include but are not limited to: Verification of PPO/HMO insurance eligibility, patient recalls, scheduling pending treatments, answering 2 telephone lines, ability to calculate patient's insurance co-payments, confirming appointments, knowledge of current dental CPT Codes, Ability to follow HIPAA guidelines. Excellent customer service skills, Fluent ENGLISH and Spanish is a must (please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement). ***Position is not for a Manager*** Most importantly we are searching for a team player!
