We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and experienced Dental Office Manager to join our team and help us maintain smooth and efficient daily operations while enhancing the overall patient experience. Position Summary: As a Dental Office Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our dental practice. You will manage daily administrative functions, coordinate staff, handle patient inquiries, oversee scheduling, and assist in financial and insurance-related tasks. Your leadership and organizational skills will help our practice grow and succeed. Key Responsibilities: *Oversee and manage daily operations of the dental office, including scheduling, patient flow, and office organization *Supervise and support the dental team, including front desk staff and dental assistants *Manage patient appointments, recalls, and follow-ups, ensuring an exceptional patient experience *Handle billing, insurance claims, and accounts receivable to ensure timely and accurate processing *Ensure compliance with dental regulations, HIPAA, and office policies *Maintain and order office supplies, ensuring the dental office is stocked and prepared *Address patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner *Collaborate with the dental team to develop and implement efficient office procedures *Monitor financial performance and report to the dentist/owner Qualifications: *Previous experience as a Dental Office Manager or in a similar administrative role in a dental practice *Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and billing/coding practices *Strong leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail *Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal *Proficiency in dental office software (we use Denticon) *Knowledge of dental insurance processes, claims management, and patient billing *Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment *Strong problem-solving skills and a customer service-oriented mindset Competitive salary based on experience
