Tooth Town Dentistry for Kids, owned by Dr. Zohaib Munaf, is looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Front Desk Coordinator to join our team! We are a pediatric dental office committed to providing exceptional care and creating a positive experience for our young patients and their families. Responsibilities: • Greet and check in patients with a warm and welcoming attitude • Schedule appointments and manage the office schedule • Verify patient insurance and handle patient billing inquiries • Answer phone calls, emails, and patient questions in a professional and timely manner • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area • Assist with patient records and data entry using Denticon software (experience is a plus, but not required) Qualifications: • Prior front desk or customer service experience (preferably in a dental or healthcare setting) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment • Proficient in basic computer skills • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Benefits: • Competitive pay • Paid time off and holidays • Medical and Dental insurance • Opportunities for professional growth and development If you’re passionate about working in a family-oriented, fun, and supportive environment, we’d love to welcome you to Dr. Munaf's team!
