Qualifications: Skills Required to Make a Great "Impression" on Our Team Knowledge of dental software as well as the ability to learn new programs as needed Must be dependable and skilled in quality control when performing insurance verification and always keeping our patients worry free Responsibilities Full Time - 4 - 9 hour days and every other Saturday 8 -1 Answer phone calls and provide information to callers, greet visitors/patients, schedules, verifies, and confirms patient appointments Explain procedures to patients using dental knowledge Collects c0-payments and verify insurance coverage as appropriate Benefits Health insurance Paid days off Voluntary Life & Disability Insurance Employee Discount Program
