Marketing - Public Relations Developer Growing Oral Surgery practice is looking for a highly motivated, self starter to represent the practice in referring dental offices. The ideal candidate must possess the skills to identify and acquire new business referrals while maintaining and growing current referring offices. Requirements: Degree in marketing or similar business degree. (note: experience in like role in the dental field will be considered. Qualities and characteristics: Ability to work independently with limited direction. Strong people skills meaning: friendly, good listener, approachable, diplomatic, strategic thinker, problem solver, organized and detailed. The right person must be growth minded - eager to learn - and assist in developing new strategies with our marketing director. Must have reliable transportation. Base salary with variable incentive structure - quarterly/annually. **Some events are held in the evenings and on some weekends.
