Our team is looking for the best dental assistant in Atlanta! If this is you, join our boutique, cosmetic practice in Smyrna/Vining. We want an experienced, dedicated dental assistant that wants to excel at what they do in an amazing environment. Candidate should be reliable, self-motivated, caring, an excellent communicator, and confident in clinical & bedside manner in a private practice setting. Our practice is seeking someone with a stable work history, who desires long-term employment regardless of **Part-time or **full-time opportunities (both are available). We offer a generous hourly rate and there is an obtainable bonus structure after your 90 day review. Additionally, we provide 401k, Profit Sharing and Pension Benefit, education reimbursement, paid holidays, vacation, uniform allowance, and a supportive work environment. Assistants will provide each patient full concierge service, great manners, communication skills with your team and patients & one who desires to care for patients. Time management and efficiency is required. Require: Willingness to learn new techniques, work hard with the team, do whatever it takes to improve our patient experience, be a leader every step of the way. Energized and ready to go at 7:00 am. Prepared for huddles at 7:15 am. One hour lunch everyday. You will have a small, positive team that fully supports you and wants to help you grow! Our rooms are equipped with state of the art equipment: EMS-Master for hygiene, Intraoral camera, Dexis sensor, itero & trios. We pride ourselves in continuing education and growing professionally.
