Small private practice in North Dallas looking to add a second front desk associate. Looking for someone with some experience with insurance verification, scheduling patients; but our biggest ask is that the person be customer service oriented and a team player. We are a small office with one doctor and two hygienists. We pride ourselves on high standards of care and expertise with customer service! We have had the same team members for a while now, and are tight knit and fun! We see patients M-Th 7:30am-3:30 so working hours are Mon-Thursday 7:15 am- 3:45pm, and every other Friday morning for 4 hours for admin work. Must be able to provide references and be up for a background check as well.
