To the right person, we offer a fun, challenging career. We are looking for someone with chairside orthodontic assisting experience. Most of all, we are looking for someone with excellent 'peopleskills' and an 'enthusiasm' to grow, change and learn with this amazing team. Excellent benefit and compensation package are offered. Duties - Assist orthodontists with patient care, including scanning for Invisalign, placing braces, wire placement, 3D printing and fabrication of retainers. - Maintain accurate records of patient treatment, including notes on progress and any issues that may arise. - Utilize 3D scanners to capture detailed images of patients' teeth and mouths for treatment planning. - Work closely with the receptionist to schedule appointments and manage patient flow. - Familiarity with orthodontic systems and the ability to troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise. - Provide support in the fabrication of retainers. - Ensure a clean and organized workspace to maintain aseptic conditions and adhere to orthodontic standards. - Participate in continuing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies in orthodontic care. Skills - Experience in orthodontics - Knowledge of aseptic technique and dental terminology. - Ability to work with 3D scanners and orthodontic systems. - Familiarity with vital signs and patient care. - Proven experience as a dental assistant. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. - Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and adhering to orthodontic standards.
