Clear Creek Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a new team member with at least 3 years of experience working as an operative/treatment RDA. The applicant must be capable of working in a fast pace environment where flexibility, attention to detail, communication and teamwork are a must. Candidate must hold & maintain a RDA certification from the State of Texas and have experience taking x-rays. The experience in intravenous sedation (IV sedation), using Dentrix/Dexis and nitrous certification is a plus. Primary duties include setting up and breaking down operative set up for treatment. Capable of accurately interpreting the Appointment Book schedule to ensure the work day runs efficiently. This includes but is not limited to the following: charting, cleaning & turning around chairs, preparing patients for treatment, maintaining records, sterilizing instruments, replenishing supplies, completing patient charts, and checking vital signs of patients, support of the patient flow and to perform other duties as required. This role will require the applicant to lead the doctor in assisting with the monthly IV sedation schedule which requires early work day start times. Finally this person should be available to assists in recall and exam areas where necessary.
