Our current Treatment Coordinator is moving to Wyoming. Experienced Treatment Coordination needed - This person presents treatment plan, makes financial arrangements, and is responsible for the doctor's schedule. Treatment has already been explained, discussed and questions already answered before a handoff is made from assistant or hygienist to the treatment coordinator. Patient's still have questions, so knowledge of dental procedures and treatments typical order is a must. This person must have excellent communication skills, and an enthusiastic cheerful and upbeat personality. We need this person to be confident, compassionate to our patients, honest, responsible and reliable and have a strong work ethic. We have been looking for and have found a receptionist. We do have a very stable team. Dentrix experience and knowledge is necessary. We are a well established privately owned general practice with an exceptional team.
