3 day per week hygiene position at well established Southlake private practice Will see approximately 7-8 patients per day Tuesday, 7:15am-4:15pm with lunch from noon-1pm Wednesday, 11:15am-6:45pm Thursday, 8:15am-5:15pm with lunch 1-2pm Paid holidays - immediate accrual of sick/personal days and vacations days awarded after 1 year Uniform allowance, office 401k, group health plan and Aflac
