Job Title: Dental Assistant Location: Sugarland, TX (77479 close to Sweetwater/Lexington) Empolyment Type: Full-Time (Mon-Thur 8am-5pm / 2 Fridays per month) Our office is a patient-centered private practice dedicated to providing tailored, high-quality dental care in a comfortable and welcoming envirnment. We beleive in teamwork, compassion and a commitment to excellence. We are looking for a skilled and friendly Dental Assistant to join our team. Job Description: Chairside assisting / Prepare tx rooms / Sterilization / Supplies / help with any other areas as needed (front desk, insurance, hygiene ) Key responsibilities: * Prepare and maintain tx rooms, instruments and trays * Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures * Provide excellent patient care, ensuring comfort and responding to needs * Take X-rays and photos on patients * Record patient and treatment details accurately * Sterilize instruments and adhere to infection control protocols * Manage supply inventory and restock as necessary * Provide home care instructions to patients before and after treatment Qualifications: * Dental Assistant certification (preferred, but will train if not certified) * Previous experience preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work efficiently and multitask effectively * Detail-oriented, with a focus on patient care and infection control Benefits: * Competitive pay * Paid Holidays and Vacations * Retirement plan with match: 401(K) * Continuing Education Support (will reimburse for approved CE to satisfy board requirements) * Quarterly bonus (based on production goals) Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you'd be a great fit for our team.
