Gatlin Creek Dentistry - We are excited to post a position for a Full-time/Part-time hygienist. The position is flexible to work 2- 4 days, Tuesdays through Friday. Our practice is general dentistry focused including cosmetics. We have a very supportive and fun team where everyone helps one another and knows the value of a team approach. We are looking for a caring soul with excellent technique and the ability to be warm and kind to patients. Our office provides a comfortable work environment with lower stress and no stacked appointments. Office hours are 8-5, we close from 12-1 everyday for lunch, Tuesday through Friday. Duties: - Perform dental cleanings and assist with dental procedures as needed - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques - Conduct patient assessments and charting - Take and develop dental x-rays - Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations - Assist with aseptic techniques and infection control protocols - Utilize Eaglesoft or similar software for patient management Qualifications: - Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program - State licensure as a Dental Hygienist - Proficiency in using Epic or similar electronic health records system - Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus - Knowledge of medical imaging techniques for dental diagnostics - Familiarity with dental assisting procedures - Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy Joining our team offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values patient care and professional growth.
