While we are fluent in English, we especially welcome candidates who are proficient in an Asian language (such as Korean, Chinese, or Vietnamese). As a key member of our team, you will assist chairside, engage with patients, and contribute to our vibrant office environment. Location: Doraville Dental Group ( MUST be within 20 miles from practice ) Position: Dental Assistant (BI-LINGUAL) Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) & Saturday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Salary: Competitive, Based on Experience Key Responsibilities: - Assist dentists during procedures and treatments - Prepare examination and treatment rooms with instruments and supplies - Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment - Take and develop dental X-rays - Record and update patient medical histories and vital signs - Provide oral care instructions to patients in Spanish and English - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices - Ensure high standards of patient care and comfort - Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA regulations - Maintain clean operatories and sterilization room Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; Dental Assistant certification preferred - Fluency in English and second language - Prior experience as a Dental Assistant is advantageous - Familiarity with Dentrix and Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods - Understanding of health & safety regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multi-task, take initiative, and work well in a team-oriented environment Benefits: - Dental treatment - Paid Time Off and Holidays - Supportive and Inclusive Work Environment - Employee Discounts - And more!
