Private practice looking to add a treatment coordinator. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Dentrix & MUST have previous dental office experience. This is a fast-paced position that would require strong organizational & time management skills with excellent customer service skills & a passion for helping others. We are looking for a person with a 'go-getter' mentality that can work well within a team, but also able to work independently & be self-sufficient once acclimated. Position requires knowledge of treatment, procedure codes & insurance. Position duties include, but are not limited to: Checking in & out patients with a smile Answering incoming calls with a happy demeanor Responding promptly to patient communications via email & texting platform Scheduling appointments for treatment & hygiene effectively using daily production goals Processing patient payments Insurance verification/breakdowns Presentation of treatment plans Knowledge of basic dental procedures Effective communication with patients and team members The office hours are Monday- Thursday 7:45am-5:00pm, located off of Hwy 20 in Cumming, Ga with convenient access to Hwy 400. Benefits after 90 days include paid holidays, paid time off, health insurance reimbursement stipend, scrubs, 401K, dental work/cleanings included, & and great bonuses. Competitive pay based on experience. Summary As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will be essential in delivering outstanding patient service and managing the flow of the dental office. Reporting to the Office Manager, your core responsibilities will include patient interaction, appointment scheduling, and maintaining accurate medical records using Dentrix. Your strong communication skills and experience in a dental office setting will enable you to effectively address patient inquiries and ensure a smooth operation. With a focus on time management and patient satisfaction, you will contribute significantly to the overall success of our dental practice.
