Call Center Agent: Bilingual English/Spanish Arthur Greyf, DDS, FICOI Dental Office, 425 Essex Street, Millburn, NJ 07041 Starts at $20/hour based on experience Benefits, PTO, Bonus Structure Full-Time Job Description Arthur Greyf, DDS, FICOI is looking for a Call Center Agent to become an integral part of our New Patient Advocate team in Millburn, NJ. The right candidate will have 2 years experience as a Call Center Agent, or in a dental office as an Assistant, Treatment Coordinator, or Front Office Staff. Conversational English and Spanish are required. This is a full time on site position. This is not a remote position. Applicants should be prepared to work full time, in person at our Millburn, NJ office. This position is eligible for advancement within our sales team with opportunities for professional development. Job Duties – in the order of most frequent or highest priority. 1. Arrive at work on time every day with a great attitude, a helpful demeanor and a positive approach. 2. Make and receive calls related to scheduling new patient consultations for dental implants, All-on-X, All-on-4, and All-on-6 Full Arch dental restorations, and other dental treatments. Show patience and empathy for patients with difficult personal or financial situations. 3. Provide the New Patient Advocate team and Front Office Staff services team members with consistent information so that all team members are well informed. 4. Work within our current PM software (Dentrix) and Google Office, especially Google Sheets. You must become an expert in these systems, as they are the systems through which all patient, doctor, and staff communications and appointments are conducted. 5. You must be able to use computer based call center software (Progressive), head phones, do data entry, schedule and confirm appointments, maintain databases and provide excellent customer service. 6. Confer with managers and staff to help them with communications and engagement with new patients. 7. Track, using in house data systems, incoming new patients, referral sources, consultations, and follow-up stats. 8. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: 2 years of relevant experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish Strong collaborative and people skills Time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines Solid analytical skills to collect and interpret data Outstanding decision-making skills Professional demeanor Keen attention to detail Computer shills Potential Salary Range for a full time W-2 position with available benefits package available starting at $20/hr, based on experience.
