Qualifications • Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing • Current state license and X-Ray certification • Excellent understanding of dental hygiene procedures • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations (e.g., HIPAA) • Excellent communication skills • A patient and friendly personality Responsibilities • Gather patient information and health background • Take x-rays • Prepare the work area for procedures • Preparing and maintaining dental equipment • Clean and polish patients’ teeth and gums • Educate patients on good oral hygiene habits • Update patient records • Sterilizing dental instruments and equipment Competitive Pay 1 week paid discretionary vacation (2 for staff with 10 years+ full time dental clinical experience) 1 week office decided vacation Monthly Health/Wellness stipend 7 Holidays 3 Personal/Sick/Bereavement days Annual bonus IRA with 100% matching up to 3%.
