Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our state of the art dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental office management, and possess excellent organizational and leadership skills. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of the office while providing exceptional service to our patients. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the dental office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Oversee patient scheduling, billing, and collections to maintain optimal cash flow. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate dental records. Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Implement and manage office policies and procedures to enhance patient care. Coordinate with insurance companies regarding managed care plans and claims processing. Utilize dental software systems such as Eaglesoft for patient management. Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the practice. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field. 3+ years of experience in dental practice management Familiarity with managed care processes and insurance claims. Proficiency in dental software applications such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or eClinicalWorks. Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical record management. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Strong leadership qualities with experience managing a team. Knowledge of budgeting practices within a dental office setting is preferred. Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team.
