As a Dental Hygienist at our practice, you will work closely with our dentists and our team members to deliver high-quality dental care and ensure an outstanding patient experience. Responsibilities: • Perform dental prophylaxis, including scaling, root planning, and polishing, to remove plaque, calculus, and stains from teeth • Take dental x-rays • Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and charting • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral hygiene instructions • Administer fluoride treatments and apply dental sealants • Maintain and sterilize dental instruments and equipment • Document patient care and treatment plans accurately. Qualifications: • Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program • Valid state dental hygiene license • CPR certification • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity • Ability to work effectively as part of a team • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care • Proficiency in using dental software • Participate in continuing education and training to stay updated on the latest advancements in dental hygiene techniques and technologies Benefits: • No experience necessary for new graduates • Professional development support • Continuing education opportunities
