Courtin Dental is seeking a dynamic full-time front office employee. We are a fast-pace, hard-working practice with two doctors and two hygienist. We are happy to have the opportunity to add to our amazing team. We are offering paid holidays after a 90 day period and paid vacation after 1 year. With us being an established practice we need someone with a minimum of 3-year working experience. Pay will be based on your experience. Below are a few things we are currently looking for. - Answering phone calls to schedule appointments for doctors and hygienists - Confirmation of appointments - Calling on unscheduled hygiene appointments - Insurance Verification (We have a 3rd party that does the bulk of the breakdowns) - Checking in and checking out patients - Consents - Patient Paperwork Office hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30-5 Fridays 7:30-12pm **If these hours don't work for you and your family please do not apply**
