Hello! We are looking for a fun and energetic front office team member for our pediatric specialty practice. Primary job duties include insurance verification for PPO and Medicaid, scheduling and checking-out patients, answering calls and emails, and preparing appointments (consents and medical history updates) for the upcoming days. If you have experience entering dental claim checks, sending Medicaid preauthorizations, appealing dental claims, it is a plus! Our office is a modern office near Rice University and Greenway Plaza (US 59 and Kirby Drive). We use OpenDental software, and have awesome co-workers! Previous experience in a pediatric office is a plus! Bilingual is a plus! There are two pediatric dentists, and we see patients up to 18 years old.
