Trinity River Oral Surgery is looking for an energetic new treatment coordinator to join our oral surgery practice! This person must be friendly, hardworking, and willing to learn. Applicant should be prepared to treat each patient as an individual and create a warm environment. Someone with experience in a dental/oral surgery office is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Must have a minimum of 3 years insurance billing experience. Job duties include but are not limited to: Verifying patient insurance coverage, discussing benefits with our patients, collecting payments, scheduling surgeries, filing and appealing insurance claims, answering the phones, assisting patients, and treatment planning in WINOMS software.
