Our dental office looking for front desk to be part of our team. We provide a thorough training for this position, however, we prefer but not limited to the following skills to be available for the candidate: - Administrative dental experience. - Customer service. -Ability to communicate with the staff and the doctors clearly and effectively. - Treatment plan presentation, insurance verification and collecting payments. - Daily collection and production reports. -Aware of office needs and participate in problem solving and ideas to improve. - Verify Dental insurances. - Bilingual is an advantage particularly Spanish.
