Key Responsibilities: Greet and check-in patients with a smile Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Handle insurance verification and billing Maintain accurate patient records Assist with office administrative tasks as needed Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth patient experience What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in dental office or medical front desk preferred, but not required Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of dental insurance, scheduling, and patient care is a plus Positive attitude and a passion for helping others Why Choose Us?
