We are currently seeking a Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our team! What You Can Expect: -Schedule: Monday – Thursday 8am-5pm, with the occasional Friday. -Environment: Friendly, family-like atmosphere with a team that truly supports one another. What We’re Looking For: -A skilled and enthusiastic dental assistant who is passionate about patient care. -A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. -Someone who is dependable, friendly, and eager to grow with us. Qualifications: Educational Background: -Completion of a dental assistant training program AND on-the-job experience. Certifications: -Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) credential (expanded duty preferred) -State-specific certifications or licenses (e.g., X-ray certification, infection control certification). Technical Skills: -Proficiency in using dental equipment and tools. -Experience taking and processing dental X-rays. -Knowledge of dental terminology, materials, and procedures. -Familiarity with sterilization protocols and maintaining a clean workspace. -Ability to assist during various dental procedures, including restorative and preventive treatments. Soft Skills: -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -High level of professionalism and a patient-focused approach. -Dependability, adaptability, and the ability to multitask. -Attention to detail and organizational skills. Other Preferred Skills: -Experience with dental software (e.g., Dentrix) - Expanded Duties Certified
