Key Responsibilities: • Lead a High-Performing Team: Build, develop, and motivate a team that supports both a happy doctor and satisfied patients. Foster a positive work environment and drive team engagement. • Practice Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of office operations, including administrative support, patient flow, and front/back office coordination to ensure seamless practice functionality. • Patient Satisfaction & Retention: Establish systems that promote exceptional patient care, satisfaction, and retention. Ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience from arrival to departure. • Financial & Performance Management: Track, analyze, and meet financial performance goals. Forecast for growth and ensure the practice meets its revenue targets. • Exceeding monthly budgets: Ensuring the dental team does the necessary tasks to ensure the financial budgets are achieved each month. • Leadership Development: Mentor and develop emerging leaders within the team, preparing them for greater responsibility as the practice grows. • Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the doctor, team, and patients, ensuring clear and effective communication at all levels. Qualifications & Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years of dental experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role. • Strong understanding of the business side of a dental practice, including financial performance, operations, and team management. • Proven leadership abilities with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in Word, Excel, and dental practice management software (preferred). • HR knowledge and experience in managing team dynamics, including conflict resolution and staff development. • Associate degree or several years of relevant experience in dental office management. • Familiarity with insurance processes, electronic billing, and accounts receivables.
