Lead Dentist with Ownership Potential – High-Volume PPO/Cash Practice

What You’ll Do:

  • Comprehensive Patient Care: Lead the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care across a range of services, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive dentistry.
  • Patient Relationships: Develop long-term, trusting relationships with a primarily adult patient base (20+ years old) and educate patients on treatment options to improve their oral health.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a skilled team of Specialty providers, dental assistants, and hygienists, fostering a collaborative, positive, and efficient environment.
  • Practice Growth: Help drive continued success and growth by maintaining an excellent standard of care and patient service, contributing to monthly production and collection goals.

Practice Stats:

  • Work in a facility with 6 fully equipped operatories with TVs in each room
  • Average Monthly Production: $150+
  • Average Monthly Collections: $150+

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing dentist
