Dentist position opening in beautiful coastal community at Northwest Florida's premier Family and Cosmetic Dentistry practice.

Full-time income for a dentist at the practice is $250k-450k/yr, depending on hours desired and procedures the dentist would like to do. With our fee structure and our compensation level, our doctors make very good incomes without having to see huge quantities of patients like you see at HMO-focused practices.

Excellent income and benefits for any general dentistry doctor doing just basic procedures and extremely large income opportunity for any doctor that chooses to do other than general dentistry procedures such as Endo, Ortho, Oral Surgery, Perio, or implants. Bright Smiles is a high-volume practice with no doctors currently doing these procedures, so large volumes of these high-value procedures are currently referred out of the office but would be kept in-house with a provider that did them.
