We are looking for an office manager for our beautiful, fast paced, busy dental office in Marietta, GA Our ideal candidate will be an experienced leader in the dental industry, with a focus on providing quality, affordable patient care, and exceptional customer service with an eye toward growth of our office and development of our team. We are looking for a seasoned manager with the skills necessary to manager multiple locations when the opportunity for growth presents. No dental experience? We will still consider seasoned leaders with education and prior work experience in business development, accounting, team leadership, and/or healthcare practice management. Our ideal candidate will be a “working leader”. The right candidate will be willing to be an extension of and work alongside the team on a daily basis, assisting with patient facing tasks, to include tasks from welcoming patients, and collecting money, to bridging communications between the clinical and the administrative teams. Our new Hiram manager will spend time training in nearby locations with seasoned manager and team leaders who will teach you everything you need to know to assist you in leading your team to success! Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Work alongside front office and clinical team to support the day-to-day seamless administration of check in/check out, and the revenue cycle (including but not limited to, informing patients about co-payments and fees, collections, educating patients about their dental insurance benefits, productive and thoughtful scheduling; and importantly, providing our patients with excellent customer service both over the telephone and in the office to ensure an exceptional patient experience at Hiram Dental Smiles.) Hire, and train staff to comply with our practice's high standards of quality and customer service. Provide human resources leadership, to include, developing staff to help them achieve their full potential, providing both positive and constructive feedback, as well as disciplinary action when warranted. Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including but not limited to the practice handbook, clinical standards of care, and regulatory requirements Set both financial and productivity goals and work with the dentist and staff to achieve them. Hold a daily morning huddle meeting to communicate with the team regarding the day’s demands, the goals for the day and develop a plan in conjunction with the staff and dentist to meet those demands and goals prior to beginning the day’s tasks. Hold monthly staff meetings to communicate pertinent information to the team, allow for round table discussions, staff feedback and input, as well as team building activities. Oversee and develop marketing strategies with the goal of accelerating the growth of the practice, as well as supporting and giving back to the local community.
