KTX Smiles - Family & Cosmetic Dentistry - is a rapidly growing new dental office located in the heart of Katy, Texas. We are looking to hire a Front Office rock star that can do it all! Our office is a PPO/FFS office. We aim to build long term relationships with our patients and bring a small town feel to our practice. Our practice philosophy is focused on customer service and patient education. We pride ourselves on being able to offer some of the latest and greatest in dental technology, which allows us to offer exceptional care to our patients. For our employees - we offer extensive training on all our systems to ensure a smooth and consistent patient experience. Your Role: Answer phones and schedule appointments Greet and assist patients with registration and insurance verification Send Claims and Attachments Treatment plan presentations Educate Patients on dental insurance as needed Support other team members as needed Collect payments for services performed and help facilitate payment plans Qualifications and Requirements: Experience with Open Dental preferred 3+ Years of experience in a Dental Front Office preferred Dental Insurance and Treatment Planning experience preferred Strong customer service skills Must be able to handle multiple tasks Compensation: Competitive Salary (based on experience) To apply send your resume either through Dental Post or email your resume to: [sign in to DentalPost to see current contact info]
