Patient Relation Coordinator: A fun, friendly, growing orthodontic office is seeking a creative and customer service oriented individual for scheduling/phone call representative. The ideal candidate should be reliable, energetic, organized, flexible to change, friendly, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Job Duties will include and expand with time: Answering phone calls Scheduling existing & new patients Scanning documents Insurance Verification Collect payments This position is 4-5 days/wk. Previous dental experience is a BONUS but NOT required, will train onsite.
