New, Privately Owned Dental Office in Search of Insurance and Treatment Plan Coordinator We are a new practice in a rapidly developing area north of Fort Worth. We are a small, privately owned practice whose primary focus is on comprehensive oral healthcare. We treat our patients like family and are looking for a team member with the same philosophy. The Role: As our Dental Office Insurance and Treatment Plan Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our patients have a seamless and stress-free experience when it comes to their dental care. In addition to a focus on insurance and treatment plan coordination, you will also be responsible for general front office duties. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting and welcoming patients with a warm and friendly demeanor. - Scheduling appointments, coordinating treatment plans, and managing the office calendar. - Answering phone calls, addressing patient inquiries, and providing information about our services. - Assisting with patient check-ins, paperwork, and insurance verification. - Coordinating with our dental team to ensure a smooth patient flow and exceptional service. - Managing administrative tasks to maintain an organized and efficient office environment. - Verifying and processing insurance claims accurately and efficiently. - Collaborating with insurance providers to maximize patient benefits. - Educating patients on their insurance coverage and financial options. - Assisting patients with insurance-related inquiries and concerns. - Maintaining accurate and organized patient records. - Working closely with our administrative and clinical teams to coordinate patient care. - Coordinating appointments and scheduling procedures to ensure a seamless patient experience. - Building strong relationships with patients, fostering trust, and ensuring their comfort throughout the treatment process. Qualifications: - At least two years experience in dental insurance treatment coordination or a related role. - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex treatment. - Empathy, patience, and the ability to actively listen to patient needs. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. - Proficiency in dental software (OpenDental is a plus) and office management systems. - A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding patient-centered care.
