Hello Dental and Orthodontics is a privately owned practice that focuses on giving a spa like experience for our patients. We are a high end and luxurious office. Our dental family is currently looking for an RDA with a minimum of 5 years of experience. An assistant who takes pride in her work and is a team player is our ideal candidate. Office hours: *Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday- 7:45 am to 5 pm with 1 hour lunch. (we only work every other Thursday) *Friday and Saturday- 7:45 am to 4 pm no lunch break but breaks of 5 minutes or so to eat is no issue. Job duties and expectations: -Must have an up to date certification to coronal polish and place sealants. -Must have an up to date RDA license and CPR card. -Orthodontic experience is a plus but we can train if that's not your expertise. Our office offers traditional braces and clear aligners to our patients. -Detail oriented multi-tasker who enjoys taking care of patients and building long term relationships with them. -Setting up operatories, assisting the doctor or hygienist, and educating the patients during procedures or about a recommended upcoming procedure. -Managing time and flow of the office. We are very particular about seating a patient in a timely fashion and trying to be efficient since we all know patients don't always love coming to see the dentist. -Keeping up sterilization, organization of supplies, and lab cases. -Our office is very up to date and modern. As a result we do almost everything digitally. We take intra-oral scans instead of impressions. CBCT and pano x-rays for extractions and implant placement. Digital x-rays with IRIS for diagnosis. Fastmill for fabrication of crowns. We do it all and more. -Following up on any patient that is numbed with a post-op call to make sure they are doing well. Pay at our office is very competitive with the surrounding area and based on experience ($22-28).
