We are excited to announce Opening in February of our brand-new dental office in San Antonio February, and we are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Dentist to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and patient-focused practice from the ground up. As a Dentist at MySmile Dental, you will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on preventive, restorative, and cosmetic treatments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional care, a commitment to patient comfort, and a collaborative spirit to work with a team of dental professionals. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive dental exams, cleanings, and treatments for patients. Diagnose and treat dental conditions, such as cavities, gum disease, and other oral health issues. Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on proper oral hygiene. Administer local anesthesia and perform extractions, fillings, root canals, and crowns. Stay up-to-date on the latest dental techniques and technologies. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Collaborate with the front office team to ensure smooth patient flow and scheduling. Provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction and comfort. Support the development and growth of the practice in its early stages. Qualifications: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school. Valid Texas Dental License Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients. Commitment to ongoing professional development and education. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate, friendly, and patient-centered attitude.
