Key Responsibilities for this Role: -Welcome/Check-out patients. -Manage scheduling, insurance claims, and patient payments using Open Dental. -Coordinate treatment plans, explain benefits, and discuss financial options. -Collaborate with providers to ensure seamless office operations and productivity. -Optimize systems to enhance efficiency and elevate the patient experience. -Generate daily Open Dental reports to support decision-making and monitor office performance. What We’re Seeking: -A candidate with at least 4 years of Front office experience in a high-volume dental office or multi location office. -Proficiency in Open Dental with strong organizational skills. -Excellent communication and a commitment to top-tier patient service. -A career-focused professional eager to grow with our team. Please note: this position is Monday-Thursday (7:45AM to 4:00/4:30PM) and Fridays from 8:45AM to 2PM. Our office is proudly owned and operated by a practicing dentist.
