You’ll assist our skilled dentists with a variety of procedures and ensure our patients have a comfortable, stress-free experience. We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented team member who shares our mission of delivering top-notch dental care with integrity and excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Assist the dentist during exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and other dental procedures • Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment, ensuring a clean and safe environment • Take and develop X-rays as needed • Record and update patient medical histories and treatment charts • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care • Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients, addressing any concerns or questions • Maintain the office’s organization and cleanliness • Adhere to health and safety standards, ensuring patient confidentiality at all times Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (required) • Dental Assistant certification (required) • X-ray certification (as required by state regulations) • Previous experience in a dental office is preferred • Eaglesoft and Dental Intel experience preferred but not required • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach • Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills • A passion for delivering high-quality dental care and exceeding patient expectations What We Offer: • Competitive salary and benefits • Health, dental, and vision coverage • Paid time off and holiday pay • 401k • Continuing education and training opportunities • A supportive and caring work environment where you can grow professionally • Opportunities to make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives
