Bilingual Dental Assistant (English-Spanish) Compensation: Based on Experiences Employment type: full-time Job Title: Dental Assistant/Front Desk We are a private practice seeking Bilingual Dental Assistants to join our Team. RDA/Dental Assistant • Registered Dental Assistant & CPR Certified • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English and Spanish Required • Proven experience as dental assistant in all aspects • Knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping • Well-organized, reliable and a supportive teammate • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment • Minimum 1 year experience required but no experience also considered Front Desk/Receptionist with RDA Certificate • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English and Spanish Required • Maintain a clean, organized and professional reception area • Manage patient appointments by scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming • Communicate with insurance companies to verify insurance coverage and benefits • Coordinate treatment plans, explain procedures and costs, in a clear and concise manner • Provide support to the clinical team, managing patient flow and assisting with inquiries and other needs. • Be willing to be cross trained
