Our small Clifton office is looking for a new patient care coordinator! Please read the description below. We would love to have someone on our team who has a positive attitude, is a team player and is comfortable dealing with patients every day! Patient Care Coordinator - Dental Office Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office - Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's appointment calendar - Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address patient inquiries - Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details - Coordinate with dental hygienists and dentists to ensure smooth patient flow - Maintain a clean and organized reception area -Assist with insurance verification Skills: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients and dental staff - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred but not required Join our team at the dental office as a Patient Care Coordinator!
