We are seeking a dedicated, experienced and organized Treatment Coordinator/Front desk to join our high-end DENTAL OFFICE. The ideal candidate for our start up practice, will play a crucial role in managing patient care and ensuring smooth operations within the office. This position requires strong administrative skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to multitask efficiently. You will be responsible for coordinating treatment plans, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional support to both patients and staff. Responsibilities: Front Desk Management: Greet patients, answer phone calls, and maintain a professional atmosphere. Appointment Scheduling: Oversee appointment scheduling and manage the calendar to optimize patient flow and office efficiency. Treatment Plan Coordination: Assist in developing and coordinating treatment plans for patients, ensuring clear communication with the clinical team. Patient Records: Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with office policies. Staff Supervision: Supervise clerical staff as needed, providing guidance and support in daily tasks. Administrative Functions: Handle basic administrative tasks related to patient accounts, billing inquiries, and other office duties. Office Organization: Ensure the office environment remains organized, welcoming, and conducive to a positive patient experience. General Support: Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support overall office operations. Qualifications: Proven experience in the dental field is required. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple schedules effectively. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for clear communication with patients and team members. Familiarity with office procedures, clerical tasks, and supervising staff is preferred. Bilingual skills are highly preferred.
