RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments, including reviewing patient medical histories, and taking vital signs. • Create a welcoming and comfortable experience for patients, ensuring their concerns and needs are addressed. • Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing, and fluoride treatments • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and the importance of their recare appointments. • Assist in the identification of early signs of oral health issues such as gum disease and cavities, and communicate findings to the patient and dentist. • Document patient treatments and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. • Use of digital imaging & electronic records. • Work closely with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient office operations. • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall growth and improvement of the practice. • Responsibility for cleaning and maintaining own operatory QUALIFICATIONS: •Active Texas Hygienist license required •Current BLS/CPR certifications •Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training •Minimum 1 or more years of RDH clinical experience PRACTICE LOCATION: Dr. Alex Seok Jun Lee 3020 Broadmoor Ln #100 Flower Mound, TX 75022 OFFICE CONTACT Erica Davila ([sign in to DentalPost to see current contact info] COMPENSATION: We offer competitive pay based on experience BENEFITS: We offer competitive pay and benefits, including: paid time off, continuing education courses, uniform allowance, license reimbursement and retirement plan benefits.
