Our primary focus is Facial Esthetics, Cosmetic Dental care and Oral Conscious Sedation. We are looking for a Dental Assistant who has worked in a Cosmetic Dental practice. Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the dentist during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring the comfort of our patients. Duties - Assist the dentist during dental procedures - Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing and arranging dental instruments - Take and develop dental x-rays - Prepare materials for impressions and restorations - Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices - Maintain accurate patient records - Perform basic laboratory duties, such as pouring and trimming models - Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications: CPR certified. Completion of an accredited dental assisting program - Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy - Familiarity with dental procedures and instruments - Proficiency in dental codes - Experience with cosmetic dentistry is a plus - Ability to take accurate dental x-rays - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and adherence to privacy policies - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and provide compassionate patient care If you are looking for an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic dental practice and make a difference in the lives of our patients, we encourage you to apply.
