Description

We are an established, high-tech and friendly dental practice located in the Mooresville NC area. We take pride in providing high quality dental services and customer service. We are seeking a strong candidate to join our team as a full-time Dental Assistant II that shares our passion for excellent dentistry. Our ideal candidate is motivated and cheerful, with excellent communication skills that allow you to build rapport with patients of all ages. Experience with Eaglesoft software is a huge plus. Work chair-side to assist dentist in examining and treating patients Sterilize and clean the instruments used to provide our patients with top quality care Maintain strict compliance with all pertinent laws and regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, ADA, Dental Board) Prepare treatment area for patient by following procedures and protocols Prepare patient for dental treatment by welcoming, comforting and seating patient Perform dental infection control procedures Take x-rays (must hold a certificate documenting training acceptable to the North Carolina Board Perform all lab related procedures Hand off patient at check -out Assist in managing and controlling supply inventory Maintain safe and clean working environment Other duties as assigned ***Dependability is a must for this position.*** Desired Profile/Background Upbeat, outgoing personality is a MUST Loves working with patients of all ages Excellent customer service skills Honest, ethical, high integrity Able to connect and build trust with each patient and parent Enjoys working in a uplifting, team atmosphere Ability to multi-task with a smile and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Clean, neat professional appearance This is a full time position, 4 days per week.
