The Dental Practice Coordinator is essential for delivering an exceptional patient experience and overseeing daily operations at a luxury dental practice. This individual not only ensures seamless communication, personalized care, and comprehensive treatment planning but also provides leadership to the team, ensuring a smooth, high-performing practice environment. Responsibilities: Patient Engagement: Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth, creating an environment of trust and comfort. Treatment Presentation: Clearly explain recommended treatments, addressing patient concerns, financial options, and scheduling details. Financial Coordination: Develop customized financial plans, including insurance benefits, payment options, and cost estimates, ensuring transparency and clarity. Scheduling Optimization: Coordinate appointments to accommodate patient preferences while maintaining practice efficiency. Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with patients to ensure understanding of their treatment plans, answer questions, and encourage timely care. Leadership: Serve as a team lead by mentoring staff, managing workflows, and fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture. Operational Oversight: Assist the Office Manager (or act as the Office Manager, if applicable) in daily operations, including staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and maintaining practice standards. Team Collaboration: Partner with clinical and administrative teams to deliver a cohesive and luxurious patient experience. Problem Solving: Address patient concerns and operational challenges effectively, ensuring patient satisfaction and team harmony. Qualifications - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service excellence. - Proven experience in a dental practice, with a deep understanding of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance processes. - Leadership experience with the ability to manage, motivate, and inspire a team. - Expertise in financial planning, patient case management, and office administration. - Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced, upscale environment. - Proficient in dental practice management software and technology.
