Elevate Dentistry, a brand-new, state-of-the-art dental practice opening in February 2025 in Houston, Texas, is looking for a motivated and experienced Office Manager to join our founding team! This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape the foundation of our practice. As Elevate Dentistry's Office Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage a growing team, and ensure a welcoming, seamless experience for every patient. What You’ll Do: Patient Relations & Customer Service: Greet patients warmly and professionally. Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments. Handle patient concerns with empathy and efficiency. Administrative Leadership & Operations: Supervise and train front office staff. Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures. Maintain office inventory and ensure the environment is clean and organized. Scheduling & Records Management: Coordinate patient schedules for efficient flow. Maintain accurate, confidential patient records. Manage recall and follow-up systems. Billing & Insurance Processing: Oversee billing and timely submission of insurance claims. Resolve billing issues with insurance providers. Manage patient accounts and collections. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant regulations. Safeguard patient confidentiality and data security. Experience: At least 3 years as a dental/healthcare Office Manager or similar role. Skills & Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office and dental management software. In-depth knowledge of insurance billing, HIPAA regulations, and office management practices. Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the office. Occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds. Perform tasks requiring vision, depth perception, and focus.
