If so, let’s talk. This role’s primary goal is to help each practice grow by driving revenue, improving productivity, creating exceptional patient experiences, and facilitating employee engagement. Your leadership is key to our practice growth as you will implement strategies and systems to reach our annual practice goals. One of your focuses each day is to ensure an exceptional patient and employee experience. We believe every patient experience counts, and every patient matters, so consistency and quality service is key. You are responsible for making sure every employee has the ability to deliver the experience and education necessary to maintain our brand image in the minds of patients. You will support, evaluate, and train employees so they are given the tools to be successful in their job. You will oversee the day-to-day business operations of each location to maximize efficiencies and optimize our patient flow, without compromising the patient experience. Team leaders will rely on you for assistance in challenges and roadblocks they face, so we need someone who is willing to problem solve personnel and patient issues when they arise. You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing reports to understand the health of the business and make changes when necessary. Your ability to recognize opportunities for improvement is essential for you making your mark here at our practice. We want someone with experience, but also someone who is willing and eager to learn and grow. In a Nutshell, here are your Top Priorities: Drive Revenue: Improve revenue; track and analyze reports to find opportunities for growth and improved productivity Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations at our office to create a consistent and exceptional patient experience that will build the brand image envisioned by the doctor. Leadership: Work closely with our entire teamto help them drive results and facilitate teamwork so they can reach overall location and department goals. Hold leaders accountable, but help problem solve and initiate change when necessary. Problem-Solving: Recognize short-term and long-term obstacles and create solutions to prevent new and ongoing issues. Obstacles can include employee, patient, or operational challenges.
